Our professional technicians ensure proper covering of guests during all body treatments. Please respect our technicians and therapists. Any inappropriate behavior by a guest during a treatment is cause for cancellation of the service at full cost to the guest.

Appointments at Jeffrey Robert Salon & Spa must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate number at the time of reservation. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the service/services will be charged to your credit card/gift certificate.

Please inform us of any special needs, allergies, medications or sensitivities you may have, so we can better accommodate you.

We are a professional team and are pleased to have clients work with any member of our staff. Please feel comfortable about asking for another staff member to perform your next service.

Please help us better serve you by arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. We recommend that guest visiting for packages arrive at least 15 minutes priorto your reservation.

All services begin and end at scheduled times. If you are late, the service will end at the appropriate time and you will be charged the full amount.

Please inquire about our gift certificates. They are available for all occasions by phone, mail and on our website. Our gift certificates are transferable, not refund-able.

We recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving to insure availability.

Please inquire about bridal services which are available in house and on location.

Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated on an as available schedule.
