Allergies
Please inform us of any special needs, allergies, medications or sensitivities you may have, so we can better accommodate you.
Gratuity
Gratuity is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients. We accept cash as gratuities, however we do not accept gratuities on credit/debit cards or on personal checks for service providers.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
Mobile Phones
Please turn all cell phone OFF before entering the Salon for uninterrupted service for yourself as well as other guests. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
 

Appointments

Please help us better serve you by arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. Appointments at Jeffrey Robert Salon must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate number at the time of reservation. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the service/services will be charged to your credit card/gift certificate. All prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our prices may change before our website does. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment.
